Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote OpenStack Support System Administrator in Lansing.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Working within a collaborative environment to meet a variety of customer needs
• Advising customers on technical issues while guiding them through troubleshooting steps
• Installing, managing, and troubleshooting LAMP stack, WordPress, DNS, email, and cPanel

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Experience within a help desk / call center environment
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMWare and/or OpenStack
• Advanced proficiency installing, managing, and troubleshooting the hosting stack and various CMS/Server control panels
• Advanced understanding of server hardware, setups, and common hosting services
