Job Summary

An open source technology company has a current position open for a Remote OpenStack Technical Support Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a professional support team per skills development and performance management
  • Ensure that all customer cases are responded to within the SLA
  • Act as the customer escalation contact to ensure issues are addressed appropriately

Required Skills:

  • Extensive CLI experience with Linux at a technical level
  • Experience or knowledge of OpenStack, Public Cloud and Virtualization technologies
  • Leadership experience, and preferably team management experience
  • Confidence under pressure, with proven track record of high customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
