Job Summary

A fertility company is seeking a Remote Operation and Strategy Founding Team Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building and leading partnerships that will grow the business (clinical and acquisition)
• Driving the analysis for key strategic business decisions including pricing, partnerships, and budgeting
• Building out, scaling, and managing our company's operations, partnerships, and strategic finance functions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• A proven leader who has experience managing a team
• Proficient in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and storytelling (Powerpoint/Google Slides)
• An excellent communicator, who is skilled in overcoming communication challenges with remote teams
