Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Operational Compliance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Review newly enacted legislation, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance and instructions to determine impact
• Conduct meetings and discussions with our clients to provide updates
• Support and coordinate day-to-day compliance with Medicare requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Medicare Compliance or Medicare Operations
• OR 2-4 years of professional experience for a Managed Care Health Plan or Health Plan administration organization
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Medicare Compliance or Medicare Operations
• Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and guidance
• Experience participating in and coordinating CMS Program Audits
