Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Operational Transformation and Performance Improvement Programs Associate Director.
Must be able to:
- Set Program and Project Management best practices across the organization
- Engage Project Planning and Management
- Implement Process Management and Improvement
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of strong project management or operational experience in the health insurance space
- 2+ years in a PMO
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing direct reports
