Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating analytical reports for client success team
- Managing data collection, measurement, and analysis for all aspects of operations
- Analyzing and tracking client's subscriptions for platform and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to follow processes and procedures
- 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar function within financial services or technology
