A healthcare services organization. is seeking a Remote Operations Analyst in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change initiatives to completion
• FollowIing through on key goals and performance measures that advance organizational strategy and business plan
• Acting as the liaison between operational leaders and the analytics team to produce significant representations of complex datasets

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED, Bachelors (degree with a concentration in business, public health, community health or healthcare administration,
• 1-3 years of operations, strategy, or consulting experience in the healthcare industry
• Continuous desire to innovate and share success and best practices across markets
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in start-up work environments where you can wear many different hats
