Job Summary

A systems integration company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Analyst in Providence.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing and resolving Help Desk calls that cannot be resolved by Help Desk staff
• Documenting problem, data manipulation, coding changes, testing
• Developing or modifying queries, reports and batches Help Desk coverage when necessary

Qualifications Include:

• 2-3 years' experience performing application support interfacing with client staff
• 2-3 years' experience using SQL to write queries and scripts
• 2-3 years' experience using Python to schedule jobs
• Excellent communications skills
• Solid client-facing/client interface skills
