A pharmaceutical logistics company is filling a position for a Remote Operations and Enablement Talent Acquisition Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implementing standardization for a global talent acquisition COE
- Implementing and driving the use of a broad range of recruiting sourcing tools
- Supervising and mentoring others in support roles
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience supporting a global organization or COE
- Ability to manage and standardize recruiting policies and procedures
- Experience designing, developing, writing, and updating talent acquisition SOPs and SLAs
- Ability to research best practices and market trends
- Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Microsoft Word, Excel and, HRIS
