Job Summary

A pharmaceutical logistics company is filling a position for a Remote Operations and Enablement Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Implementing standardization for a global talent acquisition COE
Implementing and driving the use of a broad range of recruiting sourcing tools
Supervising and mentoring others in support roles

Position Requirements Include:

Experience supporting a global organization or COE
Ability to manage and standardize recruiting policies and procedures
Experience designing, developing, writing, and updating talent acquisition SOPs and SLAs
Ability to research best practices and market trends
Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Microsoft Word, Excel and, HRIS
