Job Summary

A direct-to-consumer mattress and bedding brand is in need of a Remote Operations and Integration Software Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and supporting software in order management
  • Designing, building and supporting a vast array of functionality
  • Driving the execution of software delivery using sound design, software delivery and devops practices

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 6+ years in software engineering and 3+ years experience in a significant technology leadership role
  • Solid experience as a hands-on developer at one point in their career
  • Proficiency and success in designing, defining, and delivering successful software delivery initiatives
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, automation and cloud technologies
  • Solid understanding and demonstrated practice of devops concepts and agile methodologies
