A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing, designing, and prioritizing technical operations roadmaps
- Leading and cross collaborating on iterative problem definition and technical design/scoping to build solutions
- Using data to independently guide decisions to affect strategy identify risks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
- 3+ years experience in a technical role
- 3+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets using excel or a similar database language
- Experience in analytics and ability to find insights from complex, broad datasets
