Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Operations Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Managing and obtaining signatures for consultant agreements
Reviewing timesheets and reporting payroll hours
Being the first line of communication for operational staff needs and requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Minimum of two years’ experience in operations, administration or finance
Experience working with multiple digital tools to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Experience and interest in learning to scale projects
Proven record of accomplishing successful results in operations
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects
Experience in fostering a workplace culture centering diversity, equity and inclusiveness
