Job Summary

A company that hosts bi-annual events is seeking a Remote Operations Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide full support to the Head of Conference and Head of Operations with the overall strategy
  • Oversee event operations to ensure the event stays within budget
  • Liaise and coordinate the creation and development of the Project Timeline across your project team

Position Requirements Include:

  • You have exceptional organisational and administrative skills, along with keen attention to detail
  • You know how to assess and anticipate the needs of the Department and understand their criteria for prioritisation
  • You’re able to work on your own initiative with a problem-solving approach when confronted with challenges
  • You’re a problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet
  • You’re ready to get your hands dirty and execute on a wide range of tasks
  • You’re flexible and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
