Job Summary

A full-service tax preparation company is in need of a Remote Operations Customer Support Representative 1 in Sarasota.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate with insurance agents and/or office management staff to ensure proper completion of start of tax season validation
  • Manage a region from start to completion of annual tax season validation
  • Assist in training new members to tax season validation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and follow up on multiple ongoing issues simultaneously
  • Ability to work at home with no background noise
