Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating annual open enrollment with health benefits providers and staff
  • Creating reports showing financial status and projections for individual projects
  • Processing all financial transactions for the organization

Qualifications Include:

  • Occasional (infrequent) travel to meetings in DC
  • Knowledge of accounting and accounting software
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing finance and operations in a small- or mid-size organization
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Ability to manage many concurrent work streams across different areas of the organization
