A transportation company is seeking a Remote Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and Managing key KPIs ,internal and external, that can be measured and monitored to determine success
- Providing format for recording measurements and monitor as needed to reach goals
- Identifying and recording performance measurements to align with customers’ goals and/or needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong understanding of distribution services, automation and value added services
- Demonstrated management and leadership experience
- Good negotiation skills and contracting/procurement experience
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking skills, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
