A staffing company is in need of a Remote Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and supervise a team of front line management
- Prepare, develop and conduct performance evaluations
- Identify, recommend and support the implementation of various programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 years of contact center experience
- Demonstrated track record of managing and developing employees
- Experience with Workforce Management applications
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient on MS Office Suite, Workforce Management programs
