Job Summary

A reverse mortgage lender is in need of a Remote Operations Process and Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and improving workflow/procedures in all Operations areas, starting with underwriting, retail processing, and closing. The goal is to establish a continuous improvement process
• Creating Ops training modules for continued skill growth as well as the implementation of process improvements and new technology such as new LOS.
• Managing strategic projects as needed.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of reverse mortgages.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most complex documents, financial reports, and legal documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to produce documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
