Job Summary

An innovative systems integration company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Project Program Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating internal project kick off meetings
  • Capturing minutes and actions for relevant program/project meetings
  • Following up with action owners to close out action items and ensuring deadlines are met

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years of administrative support experience and functions
  • 3 years of previous project coordination experience and functions
  • Knowledge of invoice formats and requirements for documentation for expense reimbursements
  • Previous hands-on experience working in a project team environment and knowledge of project implementation
  • Proficient in PC applications (MS Office Suite)
