Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Operations Readiness Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute against a strategy for the Operations Readiness program
- Own a target metric
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across Operations and other teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of operational experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of being a top performer
- Experience driving creative solutions with and effectively informing the roadmap of cross-functional teams
- Experience successfully owning a target metric, ideally a top-line metric for your team or organization
- Experience critically evaluating a problem from multiple, oftentimes competing perspectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for clearly articulating operational context
- The ability to understand the implications of ships
