Job Summary
A technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Trouble-shooting and assisting users through system and process related issues
- Being a subject matter expert for internal tools, processes, and policies
- Providing backup to our Project compliance and control gatekeeper
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and approximately 2-3 years or more of experience
- Systems implementation, support, or integration experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills, SharePoint, and Salesforce and/or Financial Force
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
- Experience gathering business requirements and testing solutions
