Job Summary

A research and learning publication company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Process all Statements of Work
• Ensure all resource information is held correctly in systems/portals
• Manage the accuracy and completeness of information held on Salesforce CRM

Qualifications for this position include:

• Have previous experience in high volume transactional admin role
• Are fully computer literate with enterprise CRM systems and MS Office
• Have high levels of confidentiality
• Have experience of Salesforce CRM
• Have experience with procurement / Vendor Management Systems
• Have experience in Project/Program Management
