A human resources solutions company is seeking a Remote Operations Strategy Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving detailed process analytics to benefit teams across Gusto
- Partnering with cross-functional business partners to scale impactful analysis
- Collaborating with Process Improvement Value Stream Managers to guide improvement projects
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ Year of relevant analyst work experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Deep empathy and obsession for delivering an amazing customer experience and for making things more efficient (“Lean Six Sigma” process improvement experience a plus but not required)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel) - SQL is not necessary but a great skill to have
- Creative problem solving skills. You combine depth of knowledge of software and creativity to deliver easy to use tools
