A human resources solutions company is seeking a Remote Operations Strategy Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving detailed process analytics to benefit teams across Gusto
• Partnering with cross-functional business partners to scale impactful analysis
• Collaborating with Process Improvement Value Stream Managers to guide improvement projects

Position Requirements Include:

• 1+ Year of relevant analyst work experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Deep empathy and obsession for delivering an amazing customer experience and for making things more efficient (“Lean Six Sigma” process improvement experience a plus but not required)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel) - SQL is not necessary but a great skill to have
• Creative problem solving skills. You combine depth of knowledge of software and creativity to deliver easy to use tools
