Job Summary

A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting new hire, program revision and remedial training following instructional guides
  • Evaluating trainee performance
  • Providing written evaluations of employee performance to management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel to centers to deliver training or to monitor, evaluate and coach team members
  • Possession of a High School Degree, GED or other equivalent education
  • 2 years experience in training and/or customer call center experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery
  • Demonstrated knowledge of specific account provisions, products, and policies
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
