Job Summary
A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Trainer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting new hire, program revision and remedial training following instructional guides
- Evaluating trainee performance
- Providing written evaluations of employee performance to management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to centers to deliver training or to monitor, evaluate and coach team members
- Possession of a High School Degree, GED or other equivalent education
- 2 years experience in training and/or customer call center experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery
- Demonstrated knowledge of specific account provisions, products, and policies
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
