A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Optical Products Call Center Representative in Orange.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Check on order status and providing updates on shipping and order placement
• Enter information into the computer log and updating all shipping information
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from doctors and patients placing orders

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Comfortable speaking over the phone in a professional manner
• Prior customer service experience in an office setting
• Ability to multi-task while on the phone and computer
