Job Summary

An IT service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Oracle Database Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Manage all aspects of the physical database
  • Identify and resolve problems occurring in all database environments
  • Perform database software installs, configurations, patches, upgrades, and migrations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years experience working with mission critical Oracle 11g/12c databases
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Experience with Oracle RAC and RAC One Node
  • Experience with Oracle RMAN
  • Experience with Oracle Data Guard
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager
