Job Summary

A consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Oracle HCM Deployment Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with companies to project manage their deployment of Oracle HCM
• Monitoring progress, status, risks, project financials, and work efforts
• Working with consulting team to continuously improve company's delivery model

Required Skills:

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Oracle HCM Cloud, Fusion or EBS experience
• Knowledge of HR processes
