Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Order Management Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review orders prior to shipping to ensure all products, amounts, and language is correct and have received the appropriate approvals
• Drive a feedback loop with the Sales team on common contract issues found and provide alternative solutions
• Identify and support implementation of improvements to our systems and tools to streamline the order management review process

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field of study
• 1-3 years contract review experience, and/or order management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary as the candidate will interact with multiple teams
• Keen attention to detail and analytical skills
• Affinity for validating orders and mitigating risk through execution of company standards
• Success with driving operational scalability through automation, standardizing and simplifying of business processes
