Job Summary

An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Order Processing Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Provide support to remote sales offices and personnel
• Act as a consultant in advising Sales on nonstandard deal structures, pricing models, and contracts
• Prioritize, review, and process incoming orders for accuracy and adherence to Sales and Finance guidelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• At least 2 years' experience working an administrative role preferably in an IT environment
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to resolve complex issues with minimum supervision
• Experience with NetSuite, Siebel, Adaptive Planning, and/or Salesforce
• Experience creating and reviewing custom reporting
