Job Summary

A financial services organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Organization Effectiveness Agile Change Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create required deliverables in alignment with companies Organizational Effectiveness Methodology
• Provide consultation and recommendations to top management
• Ensure consistent and timely execution of organization effectiveness design and implementation plans

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields
• 5-7 years of practical subject matter experience within organizational effectiveness
• Or a minimum of 5 years of relevant management consulting experience
• Minimum 1-3 years Agile development experience
