Job Summary
A quality assurance and software testing company. is in need of a Remote Organizational Change Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans
- Helping to ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budge
- Working to drive faster adoption and proficiency with the changes that impact employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Significant experience with executing an OCM strategy/ planning/ roadmap development
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Expereince managing stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
