Job Summary

An educational resource company is in need of a Remote Organizational Health and Performance Principal in Arlington.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support assigned affiliates and State Offices
  • Build relationships to activate National strategic priorities
  • Provide consultative support for assigned affiliates undergoing restructuring

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 30% travel
  • Master’s in Public Affairs, Business Administration, Social Work or Organizational Development
  • 8+ yrs Manager level experience in a non-profit organization
  • Able to scale and grow programming focused on integrated student support services
  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
