Job Summary

A security testing and strategic advisory company has a current position open for a Remote Orthopedic and Medical Device Clinical Evaluation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Ensuring that orthopaedic and spinal implants meet the safety and performance requirements
• Determining the clinical impact of design changes
• Determining the level of clinical assessment required

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in a discipline relevant to medical device manufacture and use or equivalent qualification
• 3 years’ experience in Risk management and in particular the assessment of clinical data
• Demonstrate extensive experience with orthopaedic or spinal implants
• Working knowledge of ISO 14155 Clinical investigation for medical devices for human subjects
• Thorough knowledge of the design, development and implementation of clinical trials
