Job Summary
A full-lifecycle IT solutions provider is in need of a Remote Outbound Service Desk Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing outbound calls to our nations veterans
- Creating, updating, and closing customer tickets in ServiceNow ticketing portal
- Asking questions to ensure all peripherals have been received and are working appropriately
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years help desk, technical call center, or IT service desk experience providing phone-based support
- Associate degree required or equivalent IT experience in lieu of degree
- Strong familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android), Tablets, Windows / Mac PCs, and related hardware technologies
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to possess strong sense of ownership of client relationships
