Job Summary

A company that imports and distributes bicycles is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Outdoor Recreation Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and online inquires
  • Working to resolve customer issues at the point of contact
  • Utilizing a headset for incoming calls
