Job Summary
A company that imports and distributes bicycles is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Outdoor Recreation Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering customer calls, emails, and online inquires
- Working to resolve customer issues at the point of contact
- Utilizing a headset for incoming calls

- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
