Job Summary

A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Outpatient APC Subject Matter Expert.

Must be able to:

• Provide daily support and direction of program activities
• Be responsible for setting up a tight quality assurance process, perform QC on the work performed by the team
• Actively participate in the selections process initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 10 plus years' experience with outpatient auditing/coding
• Expert knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines
• RHIT - Registered Health Information Technologist
• Experience with encoder tools
• CCS-P- Certified Coding Specialist Physician, CPC - Certified Procedural Coder. Noteworthy CCS - Certified Coding Specialist
• Possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
