Job Summary

A private equity fund and a traditional consumer products company has an open position for a Remote Paid Media Associate in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Running paid advertising on our family of brands
• Driving insights and results by continually analyzing and optimizing paid media accounts across a variety of platforms, with an emphasis on Facebook
• Testing, measuring and reporting on performance while making informed, data-driven decisions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3-4 years experience managing paid social channels for a DTC ecommerce company
• Experience building ads from top to bottom and consistently hitting ROAS targets
• Demonstrated passion for analytics
• Ability to build dashboards and speaking to your numbers
• Ability to summarize and present results and insights to a variety of audiences
• Ability to identify trends and insights from the performance data that are actionable in our paid social and search strategy
