Job Summary

A digital marketing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Paid Media Team Lead in Austin.

Must be able to:

• Manage campaign budgets on a daily basis and be responsible for CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Oversee the Paid Media team's campaigns and efforts, providing troubleshooting and guidance where applicable
• Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings

Required Skills:

• 1+ year leadership experience
• 3+ years Search Engine Marketing experience in an agency setting
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics
• Proficiency at conversion tracking and pixel placement
• Proven track record of growing and retaining paid media accounts
