Job Summary

A real estate and home development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Paid Social Growth Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a team of 2 to 3 Paid Media specialists
• Evaluating budget allocation across channels and campaigns
• Working with Creative and Design teams to develop new creative concepts

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor Degree required
• 5-7 years digital marketing experience in either in-house brands or agencies
• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns
• Experience managing direct reports and large cross-functional teams
• Deep domain expertise in ad product suites
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
