Job Summary

A pulp and paper company is filling a position for a Remote Paper Industry Customer Service Representative in Mt Wolf.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to follow-up on customer feedback
• Receive orders, cancellations, and changes for product to clarify needs/requirements
• Build and maintain cost estimates for items in Kiwi system

Position Requirements Include:

• Must be able to travel up to 20% as needed
• 3 years of experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing, industrial or distribution center environment
• Experience performing mathematical calculations
• Experience with inventory management
