Job Summary
A senior healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Paralegal.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and filing required documents with government entities
- Drafting legal documents such as agreements
- Performing legal and records research
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal studies degree or paralegal certificate
- Experience interacting with state and/or federal regulators
- Minimum 2 years of corporate law, compliance department or law firm paralegal experience
- Excellent research and writing skills
