Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Paralegal in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles
- Managing and tracking the calendaring and fulfillment of periodic reporting obligations
- Supporting financing activities, including capital market transactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Remote for the moment and will most likely be required to work onsite after the pandemic is over
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
- Bachelors Degree minimum in related field
- 7 -10 years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal/contract associate
- Conversant with biotech research and development; and related matters
- Ability to work independently and to provide and apply creative solutions to maintain work flow
