Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Part C Monitoring Special Needs Plan Model of Care Compliance Specialist Registered Nurse.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring SNP-MOC, Interdisciplinary Care Teams and Integrated Care Plans
  • Providing subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day business issues related to SNP-MOC
  • Providing meaningful and appropriate reporting metrics to support the Compliance Monitoring Program

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • RN required
  • SNP MOC experience required
  • Minimum of three to five years of related experience with Medicare Part C regulations and the Medicare Managed Care Manual
  • Strong attention to detail and analytic skills
  • Strong and confident oral and written communication skills
