Job Summary
As a Partnership Account Advisor, you will be responsible for the implementation of our partner enablement strategy with current and new partner organizations. It will include moving Partners through the lifecycle of activation, onboarding and expansion across partner business models. This position requires someone that is independent, organized, and highly collaborative.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Execution of partner enablement strategy
Enable partnership accounts to meet mutually defined revenue targets
Provide sales support to partnership sales teams
Facilitate check-in meetings with partner teams
Work with key stakeholders to define and prioritize partner enablement needs
Drive strategy into execution by supporting business requirement gathering and partner operations processes.
Project Manage deployment, onboarding, training, and support for partner engagements
Develop and deliver training and support materials for partner or partner clients
Collect customer support data from partners and derive insights for cross-functional teams
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
4+ years experience in business, sales, and/or HR operations
Ability to learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment
Project management and business operation execution
Collaboration and communication
Customer service orientation
Ability to work cross-functionally with varying disciplines and personality types
Microsoft and/or Google productivity tools -- Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Slides, etc.
Education:
BA in related field preferred
High school diploma/GED required
