Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Partner Coordinator in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

  • Prepare and manage all invoices for partner billing, subscription changes
  • Assist new institutional partners through all stages of the onboarding process
  • Work on special projects, research, and other duties

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Two years experience in a user-oriented role in customer services
  • Experience working with confidential data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
