Job Summary
A health management solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Partner Operations Market Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead matrixed teams of operators, clinicians, technologists, and program managers
- Lead efforts for reporting out metrics and operational performance dashboards
- Provide leadership and accountability for performance and results of Population Health Services Organization
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years experience working in cross functional matrixed organizations
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a health care delivery system business
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience managing IPAs and/or working with physicians and hospitals
- Experience should include in-depth, hands-on exposure in dealing with multiple constituents and customers
