A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Partnerships and Operations Leadership Talent Sourcer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Helping to define, design and implement leadership recruiting programs
• Helping to develop detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice
• Fostering trust-based relationships with candidates

Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of executive search research and/or full cycle recruiter experience
• Candidate development experience
• Experience within a retained executive search firm or corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience in leadership search
• Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions
• Track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
