Must be able to:
- Read a disclosure quickly and understand technical nuances
- Maintain proficiency with commercial patent searching databases
- Prepare a written opinion applying the most relevant prior art
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- U.S. citizen or work eligible legal residents residing in US for 2 years
- In-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertise
