Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Access Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Accurately scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites according to protocols established by the client
- Gathering and entering patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- At least 6 months experience in a customer/patient service environment
- Preferred excellent customer service skills
