A healthcare management company is seeking a Remote Patient Access Scheduler.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls and interacting with patients over the phone
- Scheduling patient visits and procedures for multiple hospitals and outpatient centers
- Providing patient education by explaining preps and patient instructions for the scheduled procedure
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of call center experience
- Ability to handle a large volume of incoming calls
- Strong customer service experience and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Working knowledge or experience with medical terminology
