Job Summary

A healthcare management company is seeking a Remote Patient Access Scheduler.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling high volumes of incoming calls and interacting with patients over the phone
  • Scheduling patient visits and procedures for multiple hospitals and outpatient centers
  • Providing patient education by explaining preps and patient instructions for the scheduled procedure

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of call center experience
  • Ability to handle a large volume of incoming calls
  • Strong customer service experience and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Working knowledge or experience with medical terminology
